The breathtaking natural scenery is ideal for walking, cycling
or riding, with or without a guide, following charming paths or
thematic trails, around the estate and beyond, up towards Monte
Amiata and Monte Labbro, or down towards the gentle slopes of
the Orcia valley.
Just 10 minutes' drive away you can book unforgettable horse
rides crossing fields, woods and streams.

Caffè '60
A little oasis of quality on the road to Montalcino, right on
the fork for the old town of Seggiano. Its very name suggests
a venue bursting with reminders of the Swinging Sixties, from
the cinema posters that cover the walls to the billiard room with
its bookcase full of period crime novels and comics, to the original
jukebox (a 1959 Ami Continental) which plays the best-loved tunes
of the period free of charge (we currently have over 300 singles
that we put on in rotation to keep you entertained).
Stefania, Enrico Casini's wife as well as his first and best
pupil, will take care of everything for you, from seven in the
morning until late at night. At breakfast, perfect frothy cappuccinos
and aromatic coffees, accompanied with cakes, pastries and other
home-made delicacies, as well as bite-size filled pizzas or panini,
ready-made or prepared to your requirements. At aperitif time
you will find cocktails, including alcohol-free ones, together
with canapés and a varied selection of other tempting treats.
At any time of the day you can enjoy sensational home-made sorbets
and snacks with succulent traditionally-prepared cold cuts and
cheeses from Seggiano and the Orcia valley, together with local
wines by the bottle or glass.
At lunch and dinner, recipes using game and Chianina beef, as
well as tasty fish, pasta and breads (fried, wholemeal, chestnut,
tomato and oil, white...) all strictly homemade every day. In
the evening we prepare her majesty the pizza with a thousand tasty
combinations of toppings, or to suit your own ideas and preferences.
